Could my weight gain be due to TSH level described in report? Have gained 3 kgs in past 6 months with moderate exercise

No it's the other way around it is because of the weight gain thyroid function test may go abnormal. However your report which you have attached is normal

It is not bcz of TSH level....just change ur diet habits...u will reduce ur weight
