Had D&C on 6th feb 24. Impression: Missed abortion no heart beat. Test report on 2nd April  Prolactin was 44.2 Thyroid 21.2 Only took Thyroid medicine nothing else Now on 27th june Thyroid level is 1.01 Do i need to test prolactin again before conceiving..what tests are to be done to possibly avoid such situation again.🙏🏻

Repeat Prolactin to see if the values have normalised. Raised prolactin can also be due to raised Tsh. No other tests to be done. Continue thyroid medications
