Dear doctor ,last evening i was having back headache an pressure in head , i have got neck pain from 2 years now , last night i was sleep an when i woke up i felt my full face was weak along with my tounge ,i don't know if it is my anxiety ,i face bad health anxiety during day , can anyone one tell me why my face an tounge was weak
