Sure, you should follow a balanced diet which will provide you all essential nutrients which will help to overcome weakness. Include good quantity and quality protein in your diet, like pulses, legumes, milk, dahi/ yoghurt, egg, soyabean, almond etc. Include more vegetables and fruits which helps in bowel movement. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day. Do some more activity like low cardio, yoga etc which will help to increase your metabolism thus, food intake will be more.
