If rtpcr positive severe weakness and fatigue is common. Drink lots of water and fluids.  Keep yourself well hydrated always and take total rest. If required take plain paracetamol tablet

Extreme weekness is a symptom of covid.so isolate and get yourself tested once RTPCR. Drink plenty of fluids.
