Your friend as per report has severe anaemia and hypocalcaemia He might need PRC transfusion (ideally PRC transfusion is done if hb count is equal to or then less than 6 gm /dl)
Next Steps
go to nearby hospital ,so that all baseline investigations are done and the underlying cause of severe anaemia can be evaluated and further treatment and management will be given accordingly
