Weak muscles
My arm muscles specially the right arm upper part half in the middle portion feels strained even if im writing or trying to learn activa or even when im not using the arm. Its like it doesn't have strength in it like when i hv to write it tightens within something so it becomes difficult to manage writing so much nd even when im learning to ride activa ig maybe its bcauz of this right arm issue that my grip remains tightened on the accelerator it doesn't relax. What might be the reason for such issue in arm plus whats the solution how can i solve it quickly timely
