My fingers are weak, My fingers get hurt easily while playing cricket or basketball when the ball fastly touches them. I get some pain on my left Palm while doing push-ups. I feel they are lot weak compared to others. Please suggest what to do.

This is not true, there must be something pressing the nerves supplying your hand and wrist. It needs immediate decompression, otherwise there must be some long term complications associated with it.
