I do not have proper nutrition.my weight is less due to this I m feeling lazyness and also weakness. Suggest me remedy.

Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables.. Eat adquate carbohydrates.... Increase drinking more of water Do not skip any meals... Increase intake of vitamins and minerals... Meal pattern should be 5-6 times in a day... Take milk and milk products on daily basis... Eat all dry fruits but not to be soaked in water....

Start ur day with exercise and walk which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie food in ur diet. In breakfast take high protein diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk and oily food. Add milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk.

Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only .
