Watery eyes with irritation,neck pain

Hi doctor, From last few days,my eyes are getting watery frequently .Also,persistent irritation is there . I am having neck and shoulder pain quite frequently which was not this much frequent previously.I tried few natural remedies but they do not seem to be working.I am myopic with -6.5 power in right eye and -3 power in left eye. Please advice. Thanks
