My eyes shades tears most of the time...and remains watery always...suggest a remedy...it seems i'm crying even when i am happy..

If your problem is recent, try cold packs on closed eyes, wash with cold water and see if you benefit. If no improvement, you need to get checked up for any allergy or blockade of your tear ducts.
