Sir / Madam my father is having Watery eyes , Runny nose & Dry cough and Body pains but no fever . What medicine should i use ? Please suggest 🙏

Tab chest on cold(1-0-1)3days after food. Syr ambrolite s(3ml-3ml-3ml)7days After food. Tab cipzox(1-0-1)3days after food. Tab pan d40(1-0-1)before food 7days.
