Water filled clear blisters

For last two months I have been noticing a clear water filled blisters which generally appears when I am constipated or having acidity and it itself goes away in 2-3 days. It occurs on the same spot every time.

Its most probably a mucocele which forms due to extravastion of saliva underneath the mucosa from minor salivary glands due to minor trauma

This seems to be blister of oral mucosa. Blisters arising in the mouth may be due to the autoimmune disease , pemphigus and bullies pemphigoid. These are characterised by autoantibodies directed against the adhesion molecules of the skin and mucous membranes.
