I had gine through an acl and miniscus surg ery one yr back after that surgery whenever i am doing exercise water is accumulating after a minimal or extensive strain which i causing stiffness. What could be the reason. Thanks

I am at Apollo Jubilee Hills, you need clinical examination and then work up to rule out infection, rheumatoid, other ligamentous injury. Not a big deal To worry as infection are very rare following ACL reconstruction
