I have warts on my neck on right side and few more are coming on right side. Are there any creams to get rid of them. I am seeing some more warts on other parts of my body. Attaching the image please confirm are they warts or not. Any medication/ointments are useful for get rid of these warts permanantntly. Kindly guide me. Thanks in advance.
