Hello, I have a wart on my head from childhood. It was initially a black flat small circle but a grown bulging out sphere in last 18 years. looks reddish brown with no pain. Not sure if I am medically correct to call it a wart but it is semi hard to touch as if filled with muscle and blood. Can it be removed? Thanks
