Hi. The first thing to do would be to confirm if it's a wart or corn as the two are often confused. If it's a wart there are several treatment options. Removal of the wart using radio frequency it laser or liquid nitrogen followed by immunotherapy yields good results. These procedures are done under local anaesthesia. Follow up is essential as this is a slow growing infection and recurrences which are common in the first 3-6 months should be managed early for complete clearance
