Hi doc, i have a wart on the right outer thigh. the wart seems getting bigger and is dry and flaky. No itching or pain, no sensitivity either. Please see the image. Is it a serious concern?

It is a wart caused by Hpv virus It’s better removed by rf cautery or laser
