My wife is having wart from very long time in her left breast and in nipple. previous it was very small. But from last 2 days, nipple wart seems to be increasing and today it got dried on top but at bottom is seems some pus like thik and while touching it pain mildly, however in past there is no pain. And previously breast wart has been increased and in same more has been formed and after some days they dried and currently 2 are there in same. Image is attached. Please suggest if it is harmful. Any treatment to correct them, please advise.
