Want to know Covid positive treatment
Hello doctor,
On Friday, my younger sister had a fever for 2days and Saturday my another sister had a fever , throat pain and headache. Today they gone for covid test and they positive in rapid test. But doctor didn't gave any medicine to them. Now they don't have fever but having light throat pain and headache. Kindly suggest medicine for them and do i need to give multivitamins and anything else. Plz suggest

Gargle twice daily with warm saline water
Isolate them and make sure they use separate bathrooms.
Check oxygen saturation at frequent intervals.

Tab. Montek-LC- 1 tab before dinner once daily
Betadine gargle- gargling with 1:3 dilution in warm water
Tab. Vitamin-c 500 mg-1 tab thrice daily
Tab. Pcm-650- SOS if fever >101°F
Tab. Doxy 100- 1 tab twice daily for 5 days
Steam inhalation
Syp. Ascoril-D plus- 10 ml thrice daily, if cough
Tab. Pan-40- 1 tab once daily before breakfast
If fever comes then add antibiotic accordingly
