Want to gain weight

My weight is 43 and height is 5'6".And from long days it's constant..It does not mean I don't eat or I have any other health issues.I have tried so many vitamin tonics also..Can u suggest me which type of food should I eat to gain weight,I'm wrkng in a softwr cmpmy and dnt get dt much time to eat nd proper food is also not available here,So as suppliment what should I take?
