Want to gain some weigh.

My name is Sujoy Nandi and I am 28 years old. My problem is that I am not gaining weight according to my age. I am doing regular night shifts and I go for sleep at around 4am everyday. I like to do normal free hand at my home whenever I get a chance but still I am not getting results as I expected. My current weight is around 45-48(not measured for a long time). Please suggest something so that I can lead a normal life like others. Thank you.
