Sir it's been 3yrs of our marriage bt I'm unable conceive I have thyroid from last 6yrs , I have irregular period since then because ovulation does not done Please suggest me

You will need treatment for infertility. I'd recommend you to visit personally so that detailed evaluation may be done and your treatment be started. Both thyroid and hormone problems may be causing difficulty in conceiving
