Walking reduces low back pain ?

I Have Disc Protrusion at L4-L5, Right more than Left. My MRI Says "broad level central and para central disc protrusion at L4-L5 disc level noted mildly compressing the bilateral traversing nerve roots with mild spinal canal stenosis" I do have pain at lower back and buttocks but bearable. but, I could not stand more than 5mins and also having pain while walking, however the pain is reducing if i walk for more than 15 mins. Is it advisable to walk?

Walkiing is better activity compared sitting in your case so keep walking and avoid prolonged sitting. Take back rest while sitting. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for detailed evaluation and treatment.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
