How many km we can walk in 3 months pregnancy. Will it cause issues .do i need bed rest in pregnancy

Hi Bed rest is advised only if there are sum complications in pregnancy If pregnancy is normal , u cn walk . The amount of walk u were doing before pregnancy cn be done if u dnt feel any discomfort.  Dnt start any new exercises or walk routine without consultation

No need of bed rest in pregnancy You can walk depending on the scan findings. If cervical length given in scan if more than 3 cm you can walk for upto 3 km relaxed walking.
