After we eat food, the entire circulation goes towards abdomen to digest food . So it's not ideal time to walk or exercise as we would be disturbing a natural process. Also we will feel weak for the same reason. The only thing is that we shouldnt either lie down after meal. But if you just walk very slow, without disturbing the body much, it won't be harmful. Also it will have that you don't have gas problem.
