Wake up sweating and heart beat fast

Whenever I wake up from a 20-30 min nap in noon. My heart beats fast, loud, pain in chest, and my body sweating. Why?

Hai just 18 years old and ur sweating in the afternoon nap with a sound n ur chest seem to be absurd u didn’t tell us the body mass index if your obese let us know in which position u sleep and how clear u hear the heart sound do u have palpitation other than this reply
