Hello i am 25 weeks pregnant and since two days and having vomiting after breakfast in morning empty stomach my doctor has advised me pan d and doxinate but after the medicine also and after breakfast am having vomiting and in vomiting its yellow bitter taste vomit plz help is everything okay
