Vomiting whatever she is eating & even she is feeling uneasy, stool pass in liquid form & she recently suffered from dengue 25 days earlier, after dangue she lost weight around 3 kg , she's 11.7kg now from 14kg

Give lots of liquid (juice, coconut water, ORS). Start with vomitting med like Syp Ondem 5ml thrice a day (first med followed by feed half hr later). Look for urine output n general condition. If baby drowsy or urine output reduces, will need admission.
