Vomiting since yesterday

My nephew is having vomiting after having any meal and even water since yesterday , what can be the reason and possible solution as he is not even holding ORS water , whatever he is eating or drinking he vomits . Please suggest

Hi If the child is not able to feed or even drink water due to vomiting can lead to dehydration either it be gastritis or other issues..Please consult a pediatrician for further treatment..
