Please mention your child’s age, weight, number of vomiting episodes, and whether there is fever, loose motions, abdominal pain, or reduced urine output. If the child is unable to keep even small sips of water/ORS down, appears lethargic, has persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, blood in vomit, or signs of dehydration (dry mouth, no tears, passing less urine), please seek urgent medical evaluation. Until then, offer small frequent sips of ORS (5–10 mL every 2–5 minutes) rather than large amounts at once.
