Vomiting issue, Travelling in pregnancy

Dear Sir / madam, I am 7 weeks pregnant. Getting vomiting Daly 3-4 times. Is it normal?? I am undergoing  medication here but I want to go home city to get better medical care. What is the best time to travel??

Best time to travel is after 12 weeks if there are no complications. Continue vomiting medicine.
