Vomiting from food poisoning

What to eat after vomiting from food poisoning? I didn't have my breakfast and ate a sandwich at 11am which didn't feel fresh. And now I vomited twice and dont know what to eat.

Drink butter milk and ors solution or fresh juices

Drink plenty of water with ORS. Have something less spicy. Can have curd , butter milk, fruits etc.

One, please consult with a physician online for further management of vomiting And second, eat light diet, such as khichdi Or dal rice or curd rice. Avoid oily spicy junk food, maida, bakery items
