बच्चे को दो-तीन से उल्टी दस्त हो रहे थे और गले में इंफेक्शन है 3 दिन से ट्रीटमेंट दिया है इनको लेकिन गले में इंफेक्शन है अभी जिसके कारण दूध नहीं पी पा रहा है

Give syp zifi 100mg 2.5ml twice a day. Syp ondem 2.5ml thrice a day .syp zincolife 5 ml once a day.ORS in plenty..Along with other fluids

Look for oral thrush ( white spots ), redness inside mouth ( Stomatitis ),watch for fever, hydration, give Z & D drops 1 ml for 14 days, and Econorm sachet . Rest stop all other medicines.
