Fever 102 ,vomiting continuously, child is not eating anything,can I give any liquid food like orange juice or any ORS.

Get fever down and hydrate child well with Fluids,homemade orange juice , lemon water, buttermilk.
Next Steps
If vomiting doesn't stop see Pediatrician

If child is irritable, passing less urine then immediately take her to Doctor

As Vomiting is continuous, better to visit the Pediatrician near you to assess dehydration & cause of Vomiting. Symptoms more of viral fever with gastritis & Vomiting. To be managed in emergency room till Vomiting & fever settle. No point in forcing oral fluids at present.
