As Vomiting is continuous, better to visit the Pediatrician near you to assess dehydration & cause of Vomiting. Symptoms more of viral fever with gastritis & Vomiting. To be managed in emergency room till Vomiting & fever settle. No point in forcing oral fluids at present.
