My bby doing  vomiting..she also tell me feeling like vomiting..also feels stomach pain.last 15 day ago she fell down on floor fro bed..she immediately did vomit.

It's might be due to gastric infection...so give emset syp for vomit for 2 days.... Nothing to do with injury as 15 days lapse...
