Vomiting & Eating Problem

The child has been vomiting and has not been eating well for the last 15 to 20 days. Took him to a hospital but couldn't see any improvement so wish to take second advice. Plz refer the attached prescription. Thanks in advance.

if presistent vomitting for 15 days...get usg abdomen done...if vomitting has subsided the. you can wait...meanwhile get a cbc done bcoz anemia is common cause of appetite loss and disinterest  in eating.
