Small spit-ups after feeds can be normal if the baby is comfortable, feeding well, active, passing urine 6–8 times/day and gaining weight. But at 1 month of age, vomiting after almost every feed despite the prescribed medicine needs reassessment by a paediatrician . Reflux/feeding issues are common, but infection, milk intolerance may need to be ruled out. If it’s projectile, green/blood-stained vomiting, poor feeding, lethargy, abdominal distension or reduced urine output go for an urgent evaluation.
Next Steps
Adequate burping after each feed ,monitor urine output
Health Tips
Try avoiding mix feeding

Hello Spitting up after feeds is very common in young babies and is often due to physiological gastroesophageal reflux (GER). If your baby is comfortable after spitting up, feeding well, gaining weight appropriately, passing adequate urine, sleeping comfortably, and has no difficulty during feeds, this is usually physiological reflux. Most babies gradually outgrow it as they mature. What you can do * Avoid overfeeding; offer smaller, more frequent feeds if appropriate. * Ensure proper burping during and after feeds. * Keep the baby upright for about 20–30 minutes after feeding while awake and supervised. * Always place the baby flat on their back for sleep; do not use pillows or inclined sleeping positions. Other conditions, such as cow’s milk protein allergy should be ruled out. You can share your concerns with your paediatrician at next visit.

Normal if child is otherwise active, feeding adequately and gaining weight daily.

clinical picture resembles gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), a severe gastrointestinal infection, Potential management strategies include keeping her strictly upright after feeding, evaluating for a cow's milk protein allergy, or changing the formula type under supervision. Kindly consult
