Inside of my throat I noticed that kind of thing. Is that normal? It looks like lump. When I raising my voice my throat hurts. I feel stressed. Kindly help me out. What should I do? Is that any sign of cancer???

You have Chronic Tonsillitis, I am not seeing any lump, you mean Uvula, this is little swollen probably due to acidity or allergy, maybe even normal.
