Voice issue Deviated Septum
In 2014, I got my deviated Septum operated and I am always having mucous issues like my nose is blocked or coming out from back of my throat..
But even after getting my septum done my vocie where an 'n' sound like a 'l', couldn't change and I know that it is not my real vocie because I can hear it.. whenever I speak I can hear my original vocie but people hear different..
N sounding like L is not a nasal issue, if the reverse is there that is l sounding like n is due to nasal obstruction. These are alveolar consonant sounds, made with the tongue touching the area behind your top front teeth.
So u need to show on a thorough consultation online or physically.
