I have had a cold for a week. My throat became really bad 2 days back. I cannot speak at all as no voice comes out. Have been taking Levofloxacin since the past two days but still my voice is not back. What can I do? And how long will it take to get normal again?

Need a better history. Take steam inhalation, Pantocid dsr once a day, montek lc one at night
