I had vitamin b12 deficiency earlier once, now again my vitamin b12 deficiency is 149 + vitmainD but no anemia ..had CBC done .. Had stomach problem earlier, treated symptomaticallly I have taken 5 injections of vitcofol Took oral supplements 1month ..felt very weak no improvement Till when to take injection?
