Hello doctor As I am having pain in knee, elbow and neck. When I did blood test, my vitamin D Is 7.3 and doctor asked me to take UPRISE D3 60 k twice a week. Is it safe to take two tablets in one week.. Also please let me know whether it should be consumed together or on two days in a week. Thanks
