Your Vitamin D at 13 is severely deficient (normal is above 30) and Vitamin B12 at 116 is also significantly low — both require medical supplementation with proper doses prescribed by a doctor. Regarding the HbA1c of 6.1, this is in the pre-diabetic range, but your actual blood sugar readings of 90 fasting and 100 post-meal are reassuringly normal, which means focused lifestyle changes can bring the HbA1c down — cutting out refined carbohydrates and sugary foods, and adding regular exercise are the most effective steps.
Next Steps
See a physician for Vitamin D and B12 supplementation prescriptions. Getting a thyroid profile and CBC done would also be useful given the B12 level. For the HbA1c, add 30 minutes of daily brisk walking and reduce refined carbs and sugar. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
