Sir before I had vitamin d3 deficiency 6ng after taking supplements of lumia 60k 8 weeks my vitamin d3 level became 88ng but now without taking maintenance dose my vitamin d3 level became 40ng after two months.What should I do? Why my d3 level dropping?

Why are you taking vitamin d, do you have any symptoms Take nutritious diet rich in calcium and vitamin d Eat healthy and do exercises Extra suppliment is needed when you can't replace from diet or sunlight You can take medicines for 2 months then stop for 1 month and likewise
