9 0 1 6 5 ooo 2 2.. Can i take uprise d3 60k?? N how to use that after meal or before meal?? Should i also take calciferol sachet once a week with milk?? Plz help

Before meal on empty stomach .take either uprise or calciferol sachet . Don't take both. What is the serum vit d level??
