Hello Dr. In this pandemic situation where we are lockdown inside our homes, so to compensate difficiency of vitamin D which tablet should we start taking ?? And this will be same for different age groups ?? Please advise. Thanks in advance 🙏

If deficiency is proven then, dose for adults is vit D3 60k once a week for 6-8weeks .
