Hi For vitamin D you can surely take the Vitamin D supplements. But do take them after getting your vitamin D level checked . And for the testosterone I cannot comment without knowing your medical history and  seeing your blood reports . As testosterone does not increase with Vitamin D supplement directly. If you wanna ask anything else you can opt for a personal chat options Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! Overdose of vitamin D may increase it in blood beyond the range. Plz take doctor's advise for testosterone.
