Vitamin d... or anxiety or heart problem

My body is feeling very very weak...tired...not able to do any work...palpitation...feeling very uncfortable in heart...if i do a little work i get exhausted and palpitation starts...before 1 month i had done tmt and echo both were normal...also having high bp...yesterday only i have done blood test of vitamins and thyroid...thyroid is normal . Vitamin d level is 10...and vitamin b12 level is 176. I also has anxiety disorder since 12 years...i had chewed tobacco for 15 years..but since 8 month i left it...pls any one tell me all this is because of Heart problem(blockage)...or because of vitamin d and vitamin b12 deficiency...or because of anxiety ..pls somebody help me...
