Vitamin D low

My vitamin D is low, I have attached my recent blood reports. I often experience muscle pain in the night. Is it because of low vitamin D level?

Vit.D is deficient,cap.Vit D3 60K IU wkly/once for two months with milk would be helpful

It's low but not by that much, take Uprise 60k once week at the exact same time for 6 weeks Calcium 500mg with vit d 250iu once a day for 6 weeks. Vitamin C 500mg, once a day for 4 weeks. It's should work and keep it up for few years to come.
Next Steps
try not to get fracture for next few months, it would be really tough for you.

You have a deficiency of vitamin d and your CBC result is normal.Muscle pain could be due to vitamin d deficiency.There are other causes of night time muscles pain notably mineral and nutrient deficiencies like magnesium.Start with vitamin d 60000 iu weekly once for atleast 10 weeks .
